    Not able to edit my response post

    Just a while ago I posted a response tothis thread. But immediately after that when went to edit the post for some spelling mistakes etc. I could not see the edit button ,though I was still logged in. I tried refresh, then also it was edit button not showing.
    Then I logged out fully and again relogged in.
    But still, I am not able to edit my latest response #779562 in the referred thread.
    Editors kindly look into this

    Update. Again I visited the thread.
    As thread author the edit button shows in the original thread post. But edit button not showing in my own response post.
    ( No such problem in this post .I could edit this and add this line.)

    Venkiteswaran sir, no idea how it happened. I checked the response, and the editing option is still there. Anyway, I have corrected the mistakes for you now. Hope it is fine. Kindly check once again and let us know if the issue is still there.

    Saji, the problem continues even now.

    I am attaching a screen copy of the thread page when I was logged in. please see the time(22.13 & 22.14) as I had to take two screen shots for copying he top part as well as the post which has the problem.

    Sometimes to some threads, it is happening. Once I gave a response to a thread and I found a mistake in it and I want to correct it. But I could not do it as there was no edit button to my response. Then I thought for some threads the editor concerned may not allow this edit button and I kept silent. After seeing this thread I want to mention my observations also. Now I could not give a link to that particular thread. In future, if it is noticed, I will try to bring it to the notice of the Editor concerned. May be some other members also noticed this.

    I have also encountered similar problems but I always found the edit button there. But when I clicked on it nothing happened. It did not take me to the edit page. Then I changed my mobile and it worked. But again the problem repeated in that mobile itself.
    I am not able to make out and sometimes run the cleaner app in my mobile and sometimes it helps. I have a doubt that there are some cookies apps in our mobile which create this type of problem. So, some system software engineer might help in the matter.
