In Psychology frustration is defined as a state of anger, disappointment, and annoyance. People often feel frustrated in a variety of situations. A good worker in the workplace can get frustrated because he is not getting the proper infrastructure and support from the organisation or colleagues. A healthcare professional may get it because of shortage of basic healthcare items. Whatever causes frustration the bad part is that it is a negative emotion and demotivates and discourages us in attending to activities.It is difficult to control the emotion of frustration but there are methods to cope up with it and come back to a calm and positive mind.
