Frustration will come when we fail to achieve what we aim for and try sincerely for it. A student after giving his full time for preparation may get frustrated if he gets a rank that he never expected. When we are frustrated we will get irritated and get angry easily. Even we may be getting irritated to hear the voice of a small baby also when we are frustrated. This frustration can be seen in the body language of a person also.
Anyhow, it is a negative trait and one should not stay frustrated for a long time. He/she should leave things behind and get into the fresh mode of work. Then only success can be achieved. When we are frustrated we should try to talk with somebody whom we feel we are near and we have faith. By talking to such people we may come out of that frustration and hew hopes and ambitions will crop up. Another way is to just stay calm and start reading a good book which makes you feel fresh. That may also help you in coming out of frustration.

Frustration is our response to one or more events and happenings. Frustration occurs when we do not get the result or response as we expected or desired or in our favour. It is a negative way of our mind's expressing its unacceptance of external or internal happenings but aware of the inability to change it.

Frustration comes when we do not have a positive alternative response or solution for something and the existing one is unacceptable to us.

The best way to defat frustration is to control anger, hasty response and cultivate calmness and patience. Frustration occurs when we do not share our problem with others. Taking help from close ones and well wishers and collectively thinking about solution or alternative will give a good result many times. If issues at hand are serious then taking professional help also will do.

But for small and routine matters a temporary silence and patience and then thinking and analyzing the issue coolly is enough to avoid or defeat frustration.

Frustration is a state which makes us dull and to some extent depressed. We start feeling useless and that makes us miserable.
Experts tell us that one should come out of that state as early as possible by forgetting the event that led to such negative thing. It means one has to engage in some activity or have a company of friends and family members to distract the mind from the memory of that situation which created frustration.

Frustration develops due to the repeated failures of the tasks assigned to a performer. If there is no repetition of failure, there is every chance for the performer to regain his confidence. If we analyse the psychological condition of such a man, we would see that he is not being encouraged by the environment, colleagues and bosses. There might be a lack of communication between the bosses and the performer which ultimately causes the dismal performance of an employee. With a little care taken up the bosses will always work in the alleviation of the gloomy mood of the employees. The management has to ensure that no employee is ill-treated by an officer while doing their job. The bosses should hear the grievances of the employees and the same should be addressed in a friendly manner. If the bosses are not in a position to resolve the grievances, an arrangement must be made to refer the ailing employee to a psychologist at a renowned hospital to take care of the affected employees.
