    How to manage with careless and indisciplined persons?

    Some people take things lightly and are careless. They say something but soon forget it and do not keep up with what they promised. These people do not bother for the inconvenience caused to others.
    When we come in contact with such people then after a few instances we come to know their ways and do not believe what they say. But sometimes we are having interactions and communication with such people due to workplace, business, or family reasons and we always feel uncomfortable because of their indisciplined and unpredictable character.
    Have you in touch with such people? How to manage these people and get the work done? Any experiences in this regard?

    Carelessness and indiscipline are just cult in them because of their ego or head weight.
    If they are closely associate with us and we are need to them or he/she is need to us, we have to point out their incorrectness. Of course, we will get bad name or controversy opinion but it is our duty to correct them. If the person concerned is one who is away from our close circle, we automatically move out from them.
    It is their problem if they overcome our indication.

    Careless and indisciplined people lose their credibility with time. People stop taking them seriously once they know their reality. They might make you fool one time but they usually are not successful in their life because of their careless attitude. We can just listen to them and act like they don't exist at all. That's all we can do because their words are shallow and they don't walk the talk. We can only make sure that we are not trapped into their sugarcoated words. Hence, listen to them but never believe them.

    Many such people will be there in many organisations. But if any one such person has the blessings of the top management, it will be difficult for the people working with such a person. These people never take things seriously. They will act only at the last moment and see that the work is finished. Their bosses will be in trouble if they do not check the work done by such persons.
    In one of the organisations, I worked there was a manager who was not very serious about his work. he used to just forward the report he received from his subordinates to his higher-ups without verifying the same. If his boss sends back that with his comments, this manager used to send it to his subordinates.
    One should be very careful with such people and nobody should rely on such persons. His/her works should be verified one to two times and all corrections required should be carried out before going ahead.

    We should be very careful of these indisciplined and careless people. The reason is that if we believe them all our plans will get haywire. They are basically lazy and clever people who have no intrest in work but they know how to talk and impress others. What they talk should not be taken on face value.
    One way to treat them is ignore them and not assign any work. At the same time they should not be allowed to create any nuisance in the house, workplace, and society.
    Because they have no work and they do not feel responsible, they sometimes create problems for the people around them. Hence the management or administration should punish them in some way to keep them always defending themselves. They can always be blamed for their poor performance and punished accordingly.

    Knowledge is power.
