Welcome back. There is a process to receive payments in ISC after a Cash payment is announced against your name. You cannot withdraw any amount from here unless there is an announcement of Cash Payment. To qualify for the payment there is a threshold amount which the Webmaster decides from time to time. Most of the time, the threshold is Rs 1000. So, unless you have the minimum cash balance of Rs 1000, the payment will not be announced in your name and you won't be able to withdraw. From your profile, I found that in 2018 one payment was announced against your name and there is no announcement after that. Maybe you are not active nowadays. Therefore, I would request you to start contributing to different sections, especially the Knowledge Centre where you can always earn cash credits for your answers.
