What is to be done with refugees, migrants, and people entering a country illegally?

Worldwide there is a big problem of refugees, migrants, and people illegally entering in some countries from other countries. Some of these people are allowed to stay in the country as temporary residents while others are kept in refugee camps or some are even imprisoned and sent back to their country of origin.
These people coming from outside are a big nuisance for the local authorities as they seek some small job and try to claim their unauthorised rights in this country. Some of them mix up with the local goons and create all sort of problems.
How to address this problem? How to identify these people and either allow them to stay here or send back? What type of identity card can be issued to them for their identification? What are your views on this issue?

All Indian nationals will have an Aadhar card. When somebody is asking for some work, irrespective of the nature of the work, one should ask them to produce a copy of their Aadhar card and show the original. In the absence of an Aadhar Card, one should insist on some identity card which is issued by the Indian Government and authenticated.But practically, it may not possible for some petty daily wage jobs. That problem is to be addressed.
One should see how these people are entering inside the country without a proper VISA. All points where there are chances for people to enter in the country should be gaurded properly and a strict vigilance is very much required to control such migrants.
When there is an issue in the country, people tend to entre into neighbouring places of the neighbouring countries. Such people should be allowed to stay in rehabilitation cnentres and government should start a dialogue with the country and see that they will go back at the shortest possible time.

The problem is corruption at each and every level. Anyone can get documents with the help of local politician because they will become their vote bank in future. Such people usually vote for the person who has helped them get into the country illegally but with legal documents. Getting an Aadhar card is not at all difficult in India and illegal migrants are usually working without any problems with legal documents. Nobody can stop them because they have legal documents. Indian politicians don't care about the state of this nation, they just want votes by hook or crook

This is an age old problem that from poor countries generally people try to move to neighbouring countries where better chances of jobs are there. Some try to enter through normal official channels but there are many who just cross the border in night time and settle in some village and then move from one place to another and finally settle in a place where either the same community people are living or get a place in some slums which are everywhere in our country.
In the course of time they mix with local people and tell some fake story about themselves as from where they came and what they suffered during their journey to this place.
The issue of illegally entering a country is a worldwide problem. Even today many illegal migrants are trying to reach USA through sea route and there are cases of sinking of the overloaded boats in the sea.
Govt has to increase the vigil in the border areas and identification process and issue of identity card to anyone coming from outside has to be done meticulously differentiating these people from the real residents of this country.

Knowledge is power.
