    Thread of the Fortnight contest- 16th to 30th Jun and 01st to 15th July '24- Winners!

    The winners of the Thread of the Fortnight contest for the period 16th to 30th June could not be announced on time due to certain unavoidable reasons and the delay may please be pardoned.
    We are now announcing the winners of Thread of the contest for two fortnights together. And the winners are-

    16th to 31st June

    Winner
    Babu for his investigative thread Why do we have strange dreams that makes no sense at all?

    Special Prizes
    1. Umesh for his thoughtful thread Fighting with someone is not the end of relationship and

    2. Partha K for his interesting thread Theme- "Help me....... Her smile screamed"


    01st to 15th July

    Winner
    Sankalan Bhattacharya for his factual observation in the thread When you became an expert

    Special Prizes
    1. Shampa Sadhya for her interesting query in the thread Is it a weakness if men cry and

    2. Neeru Bhatt for her assertive thread Every girl is entitled for a cordial atmosphere after marriage

    The winners will receive a cash reward of Rs 60/- and 60 points each and the special prize winners will receive Rs 40/- and 40 points each. Other eligible threads will also get enhanced points.

    Just now I have seen this announcement thread. I am pleasantly surprised that one of my posts has got a special award.

    I avail this opportunity to congratulate other winners all of whom are very deserving.

    However, I checked my award-winning post but could not find any indication of enhanced points or cash credit there. There is only an announcement at the the top that this post is a special prize-winning post.
