Adopt moderation to have a smooth life
It is said that extreme of anything is bad. I strongly believe in that. When we do a thing in extreme mode or adopt an activity much more than required then it may start giving some unwanted effects.For example drinking liquor in a limited amount say once a week may be good for health but same thing if done in an uncontrolled manner would becomes a big problem and ruin the life of the person.
This is true for many activities and we should avoid going to extreme in any matter.
Moderation in our activities is the key mantra in this respect and people who adopt moderation are generally successful in their lives and are able to manage a good life style.
