Human relations is best practiced when true love is present

Th basic rules in human relations is always the same. Wherever we had exhibited true love towards others, the foundation for good human relations was always good. This is even more true of several Indian villages, where the people are basically very kind and welcoming. I had used sign language and broken Hindi in many places in the rural pockets of Bihar and to my surprise, people were so kind.

There were occasions when someone would quietly prepare food for us, a team of three researchers at that point in time. They would refuse to receive any money for the food. Instances such as these only motivate us to always be in touch, wherever we are.

Yes, it does pay to be in touch and also become close friends with such innocent people. And also make new friendships wherever possible.

The author is very right. Human relations are very strong when there is faith and love is there in both parties. We should not think people who are good at heart are innocent. They may love helping others and they may get reciprocated when they are in need. My grandmother used to tell me that if we help a person when he is in need, we will get help from somebody else. That concept only motivates us to help others when they are in need.
Human relations will be strong when we have mutual understanding and reciprocations. If it is always from one side, the relations may not grow as expected, I feel.

I do not think so. Human relations has various levels. It starts from a casual interaction with a stranger. We give normal courtesy even if we do not have any true love with that person at the first meeting .
In fact when there is more love and rue love, formalities vanish and some negative characteristics like possessiveness also creep in.
Many human relationships, begin and continue by following the societal rules and traditions. Such relationships are societal requirements and does not need any true love. Very good relationships can exist and continue even in purely commercial terms.
So I do not agree with the thread author's contention.
