Yes. Nowadays we hear more about AI and everywhere AI is coming into the forefront and people say the chances for a reduction in jobs are high. Even in the IT sector also there may be a reverse trend, I understand. I was discussing with some of my friends who are in placement services and they say it is true. Youth should think of starting their own business. Otherwise, go for different jobs instead of thinking about IT jobs. Mechanical, Civil and chemical industries also may think of automation using this AI and chances of reduction of jobs are also in these areas.
So one should think and go for skills that are in demand and get certifications in those areas so that they will have better chances of getting a job. But more jobs may come in the area of AI and that is why many students are opting for this subject only these days.

AI has revolutionised the job - market in such a way that the existing posts in the different streams such as IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, Mechanical, Chemical, and Civil will further go down. This shows how the advancement of this module will create an adverse impact on the other streams enjoying a supreme command in other fields.
The only option lies in upgrading the automation with the application of AI to improve the. - conditions
The aspirants must explore the areas in which the demand will improve. Hence they should not hesitate to learn more about certifications which could improve their prospects. We need to keep ourselves updated with the present requirements.

Jobs recession is already here and government organisations will benefit the most from AI. In future there will be very less government jobs because most of the work will be done through artificial intelligence. Government employees are a big burden on the economy and I think future is very bleak for people looking for government jobs. Even in private sectors businesses are cost cutting and reducing employee count. Automation and artificial intelligence will eat away most of the repetitive jobs. People are saying AI will generate jobs, but I don't see any new kind of jobs developing because of these technologies. It will only eat jobs and there will be very less jobs available for people. Most people will turn to become entrepreneur because it will become easy to run a company with all these AI tools.

Whenever there is a significant change in existing systems or comfort zones, the general reaction is of resent and sometimes too negative and pessimistic.

But the world has gone through and survived and even felt better with the new versions.
In the case of AI also it will be similar. While some conventional, existing jobs will be lost, there will be much more opportunities in fields connected with and growing with the same AI.
Our history has examples of many disruptive changes ,but world has become better in convenience and comfort than it was earlier. So let us be positive that there l be more opportunities, but of different kind. Let aspiring people equip and update themselves for those opportunities.

Already there is a high degree of unemployment across the world and due to automation, computerisation, and AI, there is no respite from this challenge.
Many companies and organisations prefer to get their work done by the automatic devices rather than the workers. It is not only the salary of the workers that is the main reason for that but there are also other factors like trade unions and managing the workers in an organisation which is, as we all know, not an easy job.
So anything which replaces men with machines in a company is definitely going to create unemployment.

Manual jobs will be replaced through automation and clerical jobs will be replace by AI. Time is ripe for implementation of such technologies because big MNCs fear that they might lose their position in the market and they are doing anything possible to remove that competition. AI will help them replace manual labour and increase their profits. They don't care about unemployment and will do anything to keep their market position intact.
    Thanks and regards.

Historically industrial advancements created good job opportunities. That was further increased with advent of computerisation and other technical advancements.
Unfortunately, with rise in automation the reverse phenomenon started and unemployment became a great product of all the development. AI is nothing but a better way of automation in everything. It will only add further to unemployment.

    Thoughts exchanged is knowledge gained.

Thanks for all your replies. Its nice and clear. AI is good and bad both so its need to work in control manner and think on employment also. If this way development will go on AI then one day recession will occur so better we need to think and work on multiple way and get source of money earning. Thanks.
