How to control our emotions?
Emotions are normal in our everyday lives. Frustration, Sadness, anger and joyfulness are some of the emotions we undergo in different situations. Sometimes when we are stuck in busy traffic and the chances of missing the flight are increasing we will get frustrated. When somebody is trying to behave differently we may get irritation. These emotions may change very rapidly in some people and they may go into peaks. This will have an ill effect on the health of the person.Emotions should be controlled.
