No CC or incentives but still same productivity
Revenue Share Bonus was discontinued from July 2024. Discontinuation of calculation of points and awarding of cash credits and rewards also stand stopped. In short members did not have any of the benefits they were getting early based on their quality and quantity contributions to ISC. Naturally this put brakes on the activity and by deceleration member activity almost came to trickle, and only forum is there for namesake activity.But on my personal level what I find is that in spite of lack of incentives in anyway, my activity or productivity in ISC has not reduced to that extent. In fact my forum thread posting is almost in same level as my average all these years.
I had completed 160 months in ISC. I had initiated 1044 forum threads during this 160 months giving an average 6.5 threads in a month. During this one month October also I had till now initiated 6 threads and this is my seventh thread. That means my activity is still in the same level even though there are no incentives, which proves my constant stand that my preference is not money in ISC.
In this 2018 thread I made it clear "But money was never and even now not my aim in participating in ISC."
In this thread I wrote "I joined ISC led from my wild search on the internet. I found it good and thought it can be a worthwhile time-pass for me. So I did not have any expectations of adsense or other earnings from ISC."
There are still more contexts where I ha recalled or repeated similar statements.
I am happy that I still stand there steady and true to my words.
