    Happy Sri Ramanavami to all

    Today is Sri Ramanavami. Sita and Rama were married on this day. In our country, almost all villages will have a temple for Rama, and wedding functions are performed in all these temples. Many Hindus will witness this function in their village or any other place.

    One of my friend celebrated this ceremony in his house every year. Today I am lucky, I could attend the celebrations in his house. Around 100 people attended the same. Marriage function was performed and then lunch was offered.

    I wish all the members of ISC a happy Sri Ramanavami. May the blessings of Rama be showered on all of us. Today is the last day of Vasanta Navaratri.

    Rama Navami is birth day of Lord Rama.
    Lord Rama is a character meant for:
    1. Obedience to the Father's word without any compromise
    2. Obeying the wish of step mother without any bias
    3. Having not seen another women except his own wife
    4. Meant for Love even with a boat man without dignity
    5. Got furious over the harm did by Vali to his own brother Sugreeva
    6.Agreeing the surrender of Vibheeshana though a brother of Ravana who did harm to Rama by abducting Sita with evil thought.
    Sita lived in every mind that how a girl should live
    Lakshmana is characterized in a single word that a beloved brotherhood
    Urmila, wife of Lakshmana who really realized her position of Her and her husband Lakshmana
    Ravana is a person who shows every human how a man should not act like this though over powered and highly talented and educated.
    So the total Ramayana is a guide to every human for running the life.

    Yesterday we had a religious programme at our new flat (Grihpravesh). So, I could not wish others on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami.

    I know that Maryada Purushottam Ram always remains in the heart of honest, courageous, religious people. So, belated wish to all members of ISC on Ram Navami.
