As per the information given above, we notice that no metro project has been made in India. We are dependent on other countries. We should try to become self-sufficient in all respects to reduce our dependency on other countries.

Currently, India is making their own metro trains in India. During earlier stages everything was imported from other countries because there wasn't much technical expertise in this field. In Andhra Pradesh there is a manufacturing facility where 100% Made In India metro coaches are being made. India is slowly and slowly shifting to Made in India.

#782890 Please research about Indian companies named Titagarh Rail Systems and Texmaco Rail and Engineering. These companies are Indian private companies working with government to not only manufacture for India but they are also exporting their products worldwide. India has got Modern Coach Factories that are doing the bulk of the work nowadays.

CRRC Dalian, an affiliated company of China's top train manufacturer CRRC Corporation, was contracted to produce 69 train coaches for the Nagpur Metro. These coaches are designed to operate at a maximum speed of 80 km/h and have a stainless-steel body. The order also included a 10-year train maintenance service contract.

Just now I have read this almost meaningless post.

A question to the editors: How long will they allow such ridiculous copy-pasting from newspapers/periodicals?
