Cheap tricks played in the Scan QR Code!

I watched a video; it is very irritating how these people are doing such kinds of things to earn money. They overpaste their QR code on the small roadside vendor vehicles of the original QR code so that when the customer scans the QR code, money will deposit into their accounts. Such a shameful act by the Indians

Is it the third-largest economy in the world? definitely not...

Bhushan, can you please elaborate, what is the connection between third largest economy and a person misuse the QR Code?

Hello, if people are doing such fraudulent things, how does the crime rate increase? How fraudulent activities increase due to poverty.

When you scan a QR code, you will get the name of the QR code owner. That is why whenever I scan a QR code, especially with small business people, I will confirm their name matches what I got on my mobile. That will avoid such things from happening.
One more thing I want to say is that there is no connection between poverty and illegal activities. It is wrong to connect these two. There are very law-abiding and God-fearing people in poor families as well. There is no guarantee that a rich person will never act unethically.
I agree with Jeets and ask the author to explain the relation between these fraudulent activities and the third-largest economy. These types of activities are also seen in many other countries, regardless of their economic condition.
Cybercrimes are increasing, and these are being carried out by many educated individuals.

If you consider probability, Majority cases will do these type of things because of poverty, such cheap tricks will be done due to poverty. Yes, rich persons also do fraud things but they can't stoop to this level, that's guaranteed.

I am not in agreement with you. Why are you thinking badly about the poor? They may be poor financially, but not ethically. There is no relation between financial position and committing fraud. So let us not say all poor people commit fraud. A rich man will think about how to save taxes. In that attempt, he may also commit some illegal acts. How rich people behaved when Rs. 1000/- notes were abolished. There may be some poor people who commit such acts, but not the majority.

Suppose your mobile phone is stolen in your house, and you are in a discussion with a neighbour. And your family members are there, and your maid is there. What is the probability of suspecting your family members? What is the chance of suspecting the neighbour? What is the chance of suspecting your maid? Definitely, you suspect your maid first because she is in poverty. Not all poor people are doing fraudulent things, but there is a high chance they are more likely to do those things because they require money.
