    According to Science, the laughing stimulates Heart, Lungs and Muscles of one's body. In the other words, the laughing makes one's mind free from worries and reduce the tension or stress.
    For this in Chennai's Marina Beach persons forms a Laughing Club and they stand every morning, in a round shape and laugh in a louder voice through which they reduce their stress to the great extent.
    It is good, even if we could not go there, stand in our room or open terrace of our house by laughing little loudly for at least 15 minutes.
    On the other hand we can sit before Television and keep watching the Comedy Channel for at least half an hour.
