Obsessive Love Creates Terrible Problems
Rene Joshilda: She is a 30-year-old electrical engineering graduate who worked at Deloitte in Chennai. This beautiful, educated, intelligent Christian girl fell for a high-caste Hindu boy, Divij Prabhakar.But unfortunately, Prabhakar rejected her feelings and married another girl in early 2025.
Rene became obsessive and very angry. She decided to destroy Prabhakar's reputation, get him jailed and see his marriage fall apart. She made a complex but brilliant plan to take revenge.
Rene created several email addresses in Prabhakar's name using VPN and virtual phone numbers, created multiple WhatsApp accounts and used dark web for emails.
From these accounts and numbers, she sent bomb threats to several schools and hospitals across eleven Indian states (including Narendra Modi Stadium in Gujarat). She even claimed responsibility for the Air India Flight 171 crash.
The threats sent shockwaves across the security network in India.
But, during her elaborate planning and execution, Rene made one major mistake. The device she used to log into fake accounts was mistakenly used to log into her own account, too.
Her IP address was traced by the security agencies and she was arrested.
However, the Gujarat High Court granted her bail, saying, "she appears to be disturbed."
But the Indian media softened her image, calling her "heartbroken."
Obsessive love is not good: It creates problems.
