The ISRO PSLV C62 launch is a total mess!

ISRO launched a satellite polar satellite vehicle launch – a total mess. The ISRO chairman, Naryanan, said the launch failed due to a technical issue, as there was no communication with the rocket after launch. Hence, it has failed. Note that PSLV is the easier of the two. The other mode is the GSLV geosynchronous launching vehicle. There are several satellites from other countries that are also present.

Yes, it was a failure. And failure is the pillar of success.

ISRO is one of the best institutions of the government of India, which works very systematically and methodically. In between one or two failures, may happen, but they learn from their mistakes and correct themselves. Even NASA might have witnessed some failures.
