After setting up the ITASPA Indore centre and the ITASPA Jaipur centre, the Pune franchise of the ITA School of Performing Arts (ITASPA) was launched in September 2016 by Bollywood Director David Dhawan. The goal is to provide training in Performing Arts that match global standards.
Highlights of ITASPA Pune
The centre's courses are managed and taught by well-known experts in the field of entertainment. The syllabus is created keeping future job prospects in mind. Even after completing a course, students get guidance to improve their skills further and shape their careers. Whether it is acting, dancing, singing, or modelling, the centre provides a good platform to bring out students' talent and get placements. At the end of a course, students can collect their Certificate of Completion issued by the ITASPA's Head.Facilities at the centre include individual spaces for training in each of the courses and very good technical and other equipment. Students enrolled in a singing course get the opportunity to practice in a professional studio and even have a session recorded. There are also well-known experts to give training in the Image Grooming course that includes developing good communication skills.
How to get admission
There is a common application form for admission for all the courses. In the form, you have to provide your personal details and educational qualifications and indicate which course you wish to join. It is necessary to have at least passed Matriculation, SSC or equivalent exam. You can get admission to a full-time course only if you are 16 years and above, but for other courses, younger individuals are allowed to enrol provided they have their parents' or Guardian's permission.In case you are unsure of which session of a course you should join, you can call and walk-in to the centre to pick up the brochure and make inquiries.
