Number of Vacancy - 01

Age Limit - 50 years as on the date of notification

Salary - Rs.1,00,000 if appointment on a contract basis. If appointment on Deputation basis - salary as per Kerala Service Rules.

Educational Qualification - Fellow of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). LLB preferable.

Experience - Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in a company
