Manipur University has given a recruitment notification to fill the posts of Professor, Associate Profesor, Assistant Professor on direct recruitment basis.

1. Professor: 19
2. Associate Profesor: 24
3. Assistant Professor: 09
Total Posts: 52
Educational Qualification & Salary Details:
1. Professor: Candidates must possess Ph.D/PG in the concerned subject with minimum 10 years teaching experience in a reputed institution.
Pay Scale: Pay will be according to level-14 in the pay matrix.
2. Associate Professor: Candidates must possess Ph.D/PG in the concerned subject with minimum 8 years teaching experience in a reputed institution.
Pay Scale: Pay will be according to level-13 A in the pay matrix.
3. Assistant Professor: Candidates must possess Master's Degree in the concerned subject with Qualify in NET/SLET/SET.
Pay Scale: Pay will be according to level-10 in the pay matrix.
Fee: General candidates have to pay fee of Rs. 1000/-, Rs. 400/- for reserved category candidates has to be remitted through e-transfer.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on their performance in the interview.
