National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) has given a recruitment notification to fill the posts of Scientist 'B', Scientific/Technical Assistant 'A' on direct recruitment basis.

1. Scientist 'B': 288
2. Scientific/Technical Assistant 'A': 207

Total Posts: 495

Age: Candidates age must be maximum 30 years as on 26-03-2020. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.

Educational Qualification & Salary Details:

1. Scientist 'B': Candidates must possess B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/ME/M.Tech/M.Phil in Electronics/ECE/Computer Science/Cyber Law/E&I/Software System from a recognized University.
Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500/-

2. Scientific/Technical Assistant 'A': Candidates must possess B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/M.S in Computer Sciences/IT/Informatics/E&T/Electronics from a recognized University.
Pay Scale: Rs. 35,400 - 1,12,400/-

Fee: General candidates have to pay fee of Rs. 800/- through online mode.

Selection Procedure: candidates are selected based on their performance in the written test and interview.
