1. Name of the Post: Management Trainees (HR)
No. of the Posts: 06 (UR 02, OBC 02, SC 01, EWS 01)

2. Name of the Post: Management Trainees (Marketing)
No. of the Posts: 03 (UR 01, OBC 01, SC 01)

3. Name of the Post: Management Trainees (Corporate Communication)
No. of the Posts: 02 (UR 01, OBC 01)

Salary: INR 20600 per month

Age Limit: Max. 27 years as on 01.05.2020 and relaxation as per rules

Required Job Profile:

For HR: Candidate must possess at least sixty percent marks in aggregate of all years and all subjects in Bachelor's degree as well in MBA or PG Degree or PG Diploma at least of two years full time in HRM or PS&IR or Labour Welfare or Social Work with HR as the main subject from recognized Institute.

For MT: Candidate must possess at least sixty percent marks in aggregate of all years and all subjects in Bachelor's degree as well in MBA or PG Degree or PG Diploma at least of two years full time in Marketing Management from a recognized Institute.

For CC: Candidate must possess at least sixty percent marks in aggregate of all years and all subjects in Bachelor's degree as well in MBA or PG Degree or PG Diploma at least of two years full time in Mass Communication or Journalism from recognized Institute.

Application Fee: INR 500 + GST @ 18% for GEN, EWS, OBC and no fee for SC or PwD candidates.

Training and Probation: One year as training and after successful training another one year as probation.
