National Bal Bhavan New Delhi recruitment of Director
National Bal Bhavan, New Delhi wishes to appoint a qualified candidate for the position of Director. The selected candidate will be appointed at Pay Level 13 on deputation for the duration of five years or until superannuation in the present cadre, whichever is earlier, and also get spacious residential accommodation within the campus.
The earlier closing date for submission of applications was 14th April, which has been extended to 30th May 2020.
Eligibility requirements
1. Academic Qualification: A postgraduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.2. Experience: At least 10 years of regular service in the Pay level 11, out of which three years should be in regular service in the Pay level 12 in any State or Central government organizational institution. The candidate should also have at least five years of experience working in an educational institute/organization for children. It is desirable to have some recognized contributions in the field of creative art, creative writing, creative performances, or similar fields.
3. Skills: Expertise and experience in conducting training programs for teachers, organizing seminars, etc and knowledge of Govt. rules and procedures.
4. Age: Maximum 56 years as on the closing date of applications.
