Sangli Urban Coop. Bank recruitment of Legal Officers at H.O. Sangli
Sangli Urban Coop. Bank Ltd. is looking to recruit two qualified and experienced law graduates for the post of Legal Officer at the Head Office in Sangli.
Eligibility requirements
1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Law from a recognized University.2. Experience: Advocate and 10-15 years of working experience as a Legal Officer in any co-operative bank. Candidates who have some experience in Recovery under Section 91 & 101 of MCS Act 1960 & Recovery of debt under SARFAESI ACT, as also matters that are relating to DRT/DRAT/HIGH COURT and other forums will be preferred.
3. General expertise: Must be professionally competent to manage all matters that relate to Recovery of Debts of the Bank and should have updated legal knowledge.
