NLUJA, Guwahati - IPR Research Assistant, Office Assistant and Field Assistant recruitment

The National Law University and Judicial Academy has issued a notification inviting applications for the posts of Research Assistant, Office Assistants, and Field Assistants.

Research Assistant:
Number of posts - 2 (Two)
Job Responsibilities - Provide Assistance to IPR Chair in conducting its research and activities. Also have to engage in fieldwork, data collection, data analysis, etc. Have to communicate with local industries/ artisans to create awareness regarding IPR-related matters. Additional responsibilities include supervising student researchers associated with Chair of IPR, NLUJA.
Qualification - LL.B. or LL.M. or Ph.D. with interest in interdisciplinary research related to IPR.
Compensation -
For LL.B. passed candidates: Rs 30,000 per month
For LL.M passed candidates: Rs 40,000 per month
For Ph.D. passed candidates: Rs 50,000 per month

Office Assistant:
Number of posts - 1 (One)
Job Responsibilities - Upkeep of records, data entry work, etc.
Qualification - Candidates should have a graduate degree and should be skilled in data entry work, making slides, etc.
Compensation - 12,500 per month

Field Assistant:
Number of posts - 1 (One)
Job Responsibilities - Provide support in undertaking fieldwork, data collection, etc.
Qualification - Graduate degree in any discipline
Compensation - Rs 8,000 per month

Job duration: Four months only i.e. from December 2020 to March 2021. May be extended depending upon performance. Only candidates who can join immediately should apply.
