Army Public Schools affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education is looking for applications from the eligible candidates for the following positions:
1. APS No. 1, Roorkee: Post Graduate Teachers in English, Geography and Physics
2. APS No. 2, Roorkee: Post Graduate Teachers in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Informatics Practices and Physical Education
3. APS, Meerut:
i. Post Graduate Teachers in English, Physics, Accountancy, Physical Education, Political Science and Home Science
ii. TGT in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Hindi, History, Computer Science and Counsellor
4. APS, Lansdowne:
i. PGT in Physics, Mathematics, Commerce and English
ii. TGT in Hindi and Mathematics
5. APS, Raiwala:
i. PGT in Hindi, Geography and Physical Education
ii. TGT in Computer Science, English, Mathematics and Hindi
iii. Primary Teacher
Eligibility:
PGT: Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree with B.Ed. having 50% marks in both of them
TGT: Candidates should possess a graduate degree with B.Ed. having 50% marks in both of them
PRT: Candidates should possess a graduate degree with D.Ed./B.Ed. having 50% marks in both of them
The age of the candidates should be below 40 years for the freshers and below 57 years for experienced as on 1st April 2022.
Applicants must be qualified in the All India Online Screening Test organized by the Army Welfare Education Society to apply for the above posts.
Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for teaching Skill Test, Computer Efficiency Test, Language Test (for language teachers) and personal interview.
Candidates should apply separately in case they want to apply for more than one school.
Candidates should send their filled in applications in the prescribed format available in the respective school office or may be downloaded from the respective school website along with a self-addressed stamped (Rs. 40/-) envelope, a DD of Rs. 100/- drawn in favor of the Chairman of the school applied for and self-attested copies of all supporting documents to the respective school office by 20th January 2021.
The application form will be available from 28.12.2020 onwards between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
