Govt. of Maharashtra recruitment of Company Secretary at MAMFDC Mumbai
Maulana Azad Minorities Financial Development Corporation Limited (MAMFDC) invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Company Secretary. The appointment is on a Retainer Fee basis at the Head Office in Mumbai.
Eligibility requirements
1. Academic Qualification: Degree of Company Secretary, Association of Company Secretaries State level members, and MBA preferred.2. Experience: A minimum of five years in a Govt. company or a private company as a Private Secretary.
3. Language skills: Knowledge of English and Marathi is mandatory.
