Mount Litera School International Mumbai recruitment of Head of School
Mount Litera School International, Mumbai invites applications from highly qualified candidates with extensive experience to be appointed as Head of School (HOS).
HOS role: The selected candidate will be an inspirational IB educator who will be responsible for the overall academic and operational excellence of the school. Building a strong team, ensuring holistic development of the students, and fostering a performance-driven culture are major goals.
Eligibility requirements
Candidates should have the requisite qualification to head an IB school, with extensive experience in an IB-continuum school, that is, at least 20 years of progressive experience in school, out of which five years should be in a leadership role.Other criteria-
1. It is necessary to have expertise in the PYP, MYP, and DP programs of the IB curriculum.
2. Strong collaboration skills to foster partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong strategic orientation while maintaining a focus on academic excellence and quality.
4. Ability to ensure high standards of learning and teaching, and able to model best teaching practices to colleagues.
