Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Tirupati recruitment of Counsellor
Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Tirupati invites applications from female candidates who are Indian nationals with an excellent academic record and relevant work experience for the position of Counsellor. The selected candidate must join duty immediately on receipt of the offer and will be appointed on a contractual temporary basis for an initial period of one year.
Remuneration: Rs.55,700/-per month (consolidated).
Eligibility requirements
1. Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical or Counselling), with min. 55% marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in UGC seven-point scale.2. Experience: At least five years of experience in counselling as a clinical psychologist in a medical or academic institute/reputed corporate MNC. Those with some experience in counselling young adults living in a residential campus of a reputed academic institute, and any other as per the institution's requirements, will be given preference.
3. Age criteria: Not over 40 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
