IIM Indore recruitment of Business Development Manager
IIM Indore invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) on a fixed-term contract for a period of two years. The appointed candidate should be willing to travel across India if required. A consolidated monthly pay package will be given, subject to satisfactory performance which will be reviewed annually. A higher consolidated salary may be considered in the case of exceptionally deserving candidates.
Eligibility criteria
1. Age: The candidate should be below 45 years as on date of application.2. Educational Qualification: MBA from a reputed B-School
3. Experience: At least five years of experience in the relevant field.
4. General skills: Should have knowledge about key management areas, such as HR, finance, marketing, operations, etc, and must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
