Senior Scientist cum Head vacancy at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Baramati Pune
Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Baramati, Pune invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Senior Scientist-cum-Head.
Remuneration: Pay band-4 of Rs.37400 - 67000 with GP of Rs.9000/-.
Eligibility requirements
1. Academic Qualification: Ph.D. in Agriculture and relevant subject including relevant basic sciences.2. Experience: 8 years of experience in Agriculture subject as a Scientist/Lecturer/Extension specialist OR in an equivalent position in Pay Band-3 of Rs.15600- 39100 With Grade pay of Rs.5400/ Rs.6000/Rs.7000/ Rs.8000/- having made a contribution to research/teaching/extension education as evidenced by published work/innovations and impact.
3. Age criteria: The max. age should not exceed more than 47 years as of the closing date of applications. Age relaxation will be considered for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per Govt. norms.
