BSF Senior Secondary School Sri Ganganagar recruitment of Principal 2022
BSF Senior Secondary School, Sri Ganganagar invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Principal. Candidates should note that the post is transferable to any place in India where BSF schools are located. The appointment is on probation for 2 years, which may be extended by the Chairman for another year.
Remuneration: PB 15600- 39100, minimum 78800/- (Pay Matrix -12).
Eligibility requirements
1. Age criteria: Maximum 50 years, with a relaxation of five years in case of employees of BSF schools.2. Academic qualifications:
(i) Master's Degree from a recognized University with min. 55% marks in aggregate in one of the subjects taught in a school with CTET/STET.
(ii) B.Ed/M.Ed., Candidates having M.Phil. and Ph.D. along with a basic degree will be given preference.
2. Experience: Three years' experience in administration of an educational institution (as Principal/Vice- Principal, or House Master of a residential school) + 7 years of teaching experience in a recognized Sr. Sec. School/ College. Experience in organizing seminars, in-service courses, conferences, sports, cultural and literary
meets, etc is desirable. [refer to the official notification to know of other acceptable qualifications]
3. Skills: Experience and ability to organize/conduct seminars/workshops/symposiums etc. Knowledge of computer operations is desirable.
