Location: Corporate Office, New Delhi

Recruitment Type: On a deputation basis

Tenure; Three years or till RCIL is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier.

Age Limit: Max. 50 years

Pay Scale: Parent pay plus deputation allowance

Must be SAG Officer and must have three years of experience in the area of Establishment and personnel management including formulation or implementation of personnel policies and rules, recruitment, outsourcing, and allied activities, planning, and implementation of systems and procedures for smooth functioning of the corporate office.
