Name of the Post: Mid-Level Health Provider
Total No. of the Posts: 1681
Required for: Dr. YSR Village Health Clinics - Health and Wellness Centres in A.P.:
Recruitment Type: On a contractual basis
Salary: INR 25000 per month and no stipend will be paid during the training period.
Age Limit: 18 - 35 years as on 01.08.2022 and relaxation as per rules
Required Job Profile:
Candidate must possess B.Sc. Nursing o B.Sc Nursing with integral CPCH course.
Application Fee: INR 500 for OC and INR 300 for SC, ST, EWS, and BC.
Selection Process: On the basis of merit of marks secured in the Online Entrance Test. The Onlne Test will be conducted in the below centres.

Zone-I - Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatanam
Zone-II - East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna
Zone-III - Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore
Zone-IV -Chittor, Kadapa, Ananthapur, Kurnool
How to apply:
Eligible and interested are requested to apply online at hmft.ap.gov.in and cfw.ac.nic.in from 09.08.2022 to 22.08.2022 and hall tickets can be obtained from 24.08.2022 to 30.08.2022 and the examination will be held in the first week of September (tentatively).
