Naval Dockyard Mumbai is hiring General Duty Medical Officers
The Admiral Superintendent, Naval Dockyard, Mumbai invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment as General Medical Officers (4 posts). The post is on a temporary/contractual basis for 24 months from the date of commencement of the contract, and should not be considered as Govt. employment. Hence, benefits, allowances, etc as per Govt. employment norms are not applicable.
About the work
In addition to the duties of a General Medical Officer, the selected candidates will be performing general medical duties/administrative duties as required/directed by the Principal Medical Officer ND/Officer-in-Charge.Work locations-
(i) Naval Hospital, Powai, Kanjur Marg
(ii) Godfrey Clinic, Mumbai
Remuneration: Rs. 75,000/- per month all inclusive.
Eligibility criteria: The candidate should have an M.B.B.S. qualification. Candidates with work experience will be given preference.

Eligible candidates should send their application along with all relevant documents in a sealed envelope by Post addressed to the Admiral Superintendent (for Additional General Manager Commercial), Shahid Bhagat Singh Road, Naval Dockyard, Mumbai-400023 / Drop it in the INCOD Tender Box that is placed at the new Muster Gate at the same address.The application should be accompanied with a copy of the PAN card, a copy of a cancelled cheque, relevant work experience details, professional awards, etc (refer to the official notification for details).
Closing date of receipt of applications: 8th December 2022, up to 1430hrs.
