The Parsee Girls School Association Mumbai recruitment of School Superintendent
The Parsee Girls School Association (PGSA) wishes to appoint a qualified and experienced candidate for two girls' high schools in Mumbai that are under its management. This is a senior management-level full-time position for an initial period of two years.
Work profile: The incumbent will report directly to the Board of Trustees and will work with the schools' Education Committee, CAO, Principals, and staff to attain the vision and goals of the management for the two schools. The applicant should have the expertise and know-how to initiate the process of change of Board affiliation to the ICSE Board and assist the staff in moving towards this change.
Eligibility requirements
1. Age criteria: Preferably in the age group of 55 to 60 years.2. Academic Qualifications: A Master's Degree from a recognized university is essential. Also, completion of a Degree or a Diploma Course in Education Management is desirable.
3. Experience: Should have experience as a senior professional in a secondary school with a track record of turning around the institution and bringing about an image makeover.
4. Skills: Should have the skills to interact with groups of diverse interest, and stakeholders. Must have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, and knowledge of Hindi and Marathi.
