Name of the Post: Apprentice Development Officer
Total No of the Posts: 1216
Reservation: GEN 407, SC-C 186, SC-B 82, ST-C 8, ST-B 6, OBC-C 191, OBC-B 59, EWS 94
Salary: A stipend will be paid INR 51500 per month approximately
Age Limit: 21-30 years as of 01.01.2023 and relaxation as per rules.
Apprenticeship Period: Need to undergo Theoretical & Field Sales Training for a period decided by LIC of India.
Required Job Profile:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.On the appointment of a Probationary Development Officer INR 56000 in an A-class city.
Selection Process: Pn-list tests, followed by an Interview and subsequent pre-recruitment Medical examination.
Probation: On successful completion of the Apprenticeship the candidate and in the opinion of the recruiting authority the candidate will be recruited as a Probation Development Officer for one year. After confirmation, to the post of Development Officer.
