1. General Manager - 01 - Max. 53 years
Must possess Graduate/ Post Graduate knowledge in the related field and MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAIIB will be preferred. Presently working in a Bank in Scale VI and above and have a proven track record, excellent Managerial/ Administrative / Professional Skills with at least three years experience in the grade.

2. Dy. General Manager - 04 - Max. 50 years
Finance/ Investment & Treasury/ Compliance / Information Security (CSIO)
Must possess Graduate/ Post Graduate in any subject with MBA/CFA/CA/ICWA/CS/CAIIB and working presently in a Bank in Scale V and above and have proven track record, excellent Managerial/ Administrative / Professional Skills with at least three years experience in the grade.

3. Asst. General Manager - 01 - Max. 50 years
Marketing & Sales
Must possess Graduate/ Post Graduate in any subject with MBA/CFA/CA/ICWA/CS/CAIIB and working presently in a Bank in Scale IV/V and above and have proven track record, excellent Professional Skills with at least three years experience in the grade.

4. Senior Manager/ Manager - 08 - Max. 45 years
Law / Data Base Administrator / Network Administrator / Internal Auditor/ Chartered Accountant
Must possess Graduate/ Post Graduate in any subject with MBA/CFA/CA/ICWA/CS/CAIIB and working presently in a Bank in Scale III with at least three years experience in the grade.
