Top B-School IIM Indore recruitment of Director 2023
Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIMI) invites applications from distinguished academicians for appointment to the post of Director. The applicant should be an Indian citizen or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). The incumbent will be responsible for the academic standards of the B-school, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and enhancing industry linkages.
General requirements: In addition to a strong academic record and leadership abilities, the candidate should have a good understanding of budgeting and financial management, the ability to raise funds, a thorough understanding of higher education, and excellent communication skills.
Eligibility requirements
1. Age criteria: Preferably not more than 65 years as of 1st January 2023.2. Academic Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent.
3. Experience: At least 15 years of teaching or research experience. and should have worked as a Full Professor at a reputed institution for at least 7 years or should have industry experience at a higher level for at least 15 years.
