MITS Gwalior is hiring Assistant Professors and Associate Professors
Madhav Institute of Technology & Science (MITS), Gwalior invites eligible candidates to apply for the posts of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in various disciplines as mentioned below. The Pay Scale is as per AICTE norms, and the qualifications experience, and research contributions are as per the norms of AICTE/UGC. Preference will be given to those candidates who have interdisciplinary qualifications and contributions/aptitude in the areas of research and innovation.
Disciplines for which vacancies are open-
1. Associate Professor - Chemistry
2. Assistant Professors - Architecture, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Humanities
Eligibility requiremetns
1. For Asst. Professor posts-(i) For Architecture: B. Arch. and M. Arch. or equivalent Master's degree in an allied field with First Class in any one of the two degrees, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Architecture profession.
(ii) For Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Humanities: A Master's degree with 55% marks in a concerned/relevant/allied subject, and cleared NET.
2. For the Associate Professor (Chemistry) post: The candidate should have a good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines, a Master's Degree with min. 55% marks. Should also have at least 8 years of teaching experience and/or research in an academic/research post that is equivalent to that of an Assistant Professor in a University, college, or an accredited research institution/industry with at least 7 publications in the SCI/Scopus/Web of Science Indexed journals.
