GEMS Education Mumbai is hiring Professionals for Education, Finance, Technology, other roles
GEMS Education India invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for leadership roles as Heads. The vacancies are not limited to candidates from the education sector. Professionals from the retail, FMCG, hospitality, and technology sectors are also welcome to apply. For all the posts, the location is Mumbai, Maharashtra. A competitive salary will be offered with opportunities for professional growth. For all posts, travel within India will be mandatory.
List of vacancies
1. Head - Education for Teachers and School Leadership: A business professional with a Bachelor's or Master's in business or marketing, and 7+ years of experience in education or the EdTech sector.2. Head-School Real Estate: A real estate professional with 7+ years of experience preferably with premium real estate transaction advisory firms with a hands-on understanding of real estate deals and networks.
3. Head - Growth and Scale: A business professional with a Bachelor's or Master's in business or marketing. Should have 10+ years of experience in developing and scaling quality SBUs/centres for retail, education, hospitality, or FMCG brands.
4. Head - Revenue: A sales professional with a Bachelor's or Master's in sales, business, or marketing. Should have 7+ years of experience in leading K-12 school admission revenue teams or EdTech sales teams with a strong understanding of admission leads, managing admission sales processes, etc., and sound knowledge of modern tech platforms.
5. Head - Procurement: A procurement professional with a Bachelor's or a Master's in supply chain or business. Should have 7+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, or education sectors, and strong negotiation skills with a sound knowledge of modern tech platforms.
6. Head - Technology: An IT professional with computer science, data science, or software engineering qualifications. Should have 7+ years of experience in a technology company with proven expertise in innovative tech. solutions. Experience in an EdTech or e-commerce company would be preferred.
7. Group Finance Head: A finance professional who is a CA/CFA with 15+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, hospitality, or education sectors. Should have strong analytical skills and M and A experience.
