Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pimpri, Pune invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for appointment to the below-mentioned positions.
Director (Students Welfare) vacancy
1. Academic Qualifications: Ph.D. degree with a consistently good academic record + a Master's Degree with min. 55% or an equivalent grade. Candidates with qualifications in Health Sciences will be given preference.2. Experience: A min. of 10 years of teaching experience in a University/College as an Assistant Professor or above along with experience in educational administration, and relevant experience in student-related activities in institutions of higher education, such as NSS, extra-curricular activities, etc. Candidates with experience in the educational institutes of Health Sciences will be given preference.
3. General skills: Computer knowledge for information processing and retrieval, and English proficiency. Should have good knowledge of the Rules & Regulations of Universities, statutory bodies, etc.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) vacancy
This post is for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship. Eligibility-1. Academic Qualifications: Ph.D. degree with a consistently good academic record + a Master's Degree with min. 55% or an equivalent grade.
2. Experience: At least 15 years of experience as a Professor or Principal along with experience in educational administration with research credentials. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, and experience in the educational institutes of Health Sciences (refer to the official notification for more details).
3. General skills: same as above.
Deputy CEO vacancy
This post is for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship. Eligibility-1. Academic Qualifications: Ph.D. degree with a consistently good academic record + Engineering Degree and Master's Degree in management or its equivalent/Master's Degree in Health Sciences from a recognized Institution with a min. of 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience at a senior level in the management of a Start-up eco-system or must have first-hand experience in establishing and running the Start-up eco-system/experience in filing IPR, Patent, Copywrite, etc., and other related fields in institutions of higher education.
3. General skills: same as above.
