PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 3 Colaba, Mumbai invites eligible candidates to attend walk-in interviews for appointment as contractual teachers for the academic session 2024-25, There are also non-teaching positions.
Interview schedule
1. 5th March 2024, at 9 a.m.-PRTs, Balwatika Teachers, Computer Instructor, Doctor, Nurse, Counselor, Special Educator, Coaches - Sports, Yoga, Art and Craft, and Dance.
2. 5th March 2024, at 9 a.m.-
PGTs: Hindi, English, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Commerce, Biology, Computer Science.
3. 5th March 2024, at 9 a.m.-
TGTs - Maths, English, Sanskrit, Social Science, Science, Hindi
Eligibility requirements
1. Educational Qualifications and Skills for PGTs: A Master's Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks. + B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university, and proficiency in teaching in Hindi medium and English medium.2. Educational Qualifications and Skills for TGTs: A Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and in aggregate + a B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university + Passed in the CTET Paper II by CBSE with proficiency in teaching in Hindi medium and English medium.
3. Educational Qualifications for Primary Teachers and other miscellaneous posts: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) + Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by the Govt. of India with computer knowledge desirable. Should be able to teach in Hindi medium and English medium.
4. Nurse: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc. in Nursing with registration in the Nursing Council.
5. Sports Coaches: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education or equivalent is essential.
