Principals, Headmasters, Headmistress 2024 vacancies at DAV Schools across India
The DAV College Managing Committee (DAVCMC), New Delhi invites applications from dynamic candidates with relevant qualifications and experience for appointment to the posts of Principal/Headmaster/Headmistress at DAV Public Schools/Model Schools in various States across India. The services are transferable in any State of India.
Pay Scale: This will be as per the rules of the DAVCMC.
General requirements: You should be result-oriented, innovative, and computer-savvy.
Eligibility requirements
1. Essential Educational Qualifications: You must have a Master's Degree with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. qualification from any University that is recognized by the UGC.2. Experience criteria-
For the position of Principal: You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in teaching Secondary/Senior Secondary school students in public schools. This should include 8 years of relevant educational administrative experience.
For the post of Headmaster/Headmistress: You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching Middle school/Secondary school students. This should include 5 years of relevant educational administrative experience.
3. Age criteria-
For external candidates: not more than 50 years of age.
For internal candidates: as per DAV norms.
Application procedure
The application form should be downloaded from the official website https://davcmc.net.in/.Fill out the form completely and submit the application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- in favour of "Secretary DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi" and send it along with all relevant attested copies of educational qualifications and certificates.
Important Notes- You must indicate your preference for various States on the prescribed form, and if you are already working in a DAV institution, then you should apply through the proper channel.
Closing date of receipt of applications: within 15 days of the publication of the recruitment advertisement (date 20th March 2024).
