Vellore International School (VIS), Chennai, Tamil Nadu is a well-known educational institution of the VIT Group. This residential co-educational school seeks credentials of qualified and experienced candidates for teaching and non-teaching vacancies.
List of Teaching Vacancies
1. Hindi Faculty - This is a full-time position.Qualifications: You should have a minimum Postgraduate qualification with a B.Ed.
Experience: You should have at least three years of work experience in the ICSE/Cambridge curriculum. Experience in a residential school will be preferred.
2. Spanish Faculty - This is a part-time position to teach Spanish to children from Grade V to Grade X. Your role will be to design learning outcomes for these Grades based on the ICSE/IGCSE learning goals and prepare short-term and long-term lesson plans specific to each Grade to achieve the learning objectives.
Qualification: Certification or Degree in the language.
Experience: Three years of Spanish teaching experience in schools.
General Eligibility: You should have a good command over the spoken Spanish language with fluency in Spanish, and practice the same while talking to children.
