Hotel Corporation of India Limited Mumbai is hiring General Manager Chefair, Sales Managers
The Hotel Corporation of India Limited (HCIL) invites Indian nationals with the relevant professional qualifications and experience for the below-mentioned positions for Chefair Flight Catering unit in Mumbai and the company generally.
Important to know: The openings are for immediate joining, and the work location of all the posts is based in Mumbai, but the work role and the posting may change as per the Company's requirements. The appointments are on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis for 3 years of which the first year will be on probation. The FTC tenure may be reduced or extended as per the Company's requirement based on annual performance.
The posts and eligibility criteria are-
Chefair Mumbai General Manager vacancy
Qualifications: You should be a Graduate from a recognized university/institution with a Diploma in Hotel Management or Graduation in Food Technologyfrom a Govt.-recognized institute or an institute of repute will be preferred.
Experience: At least 12 years of experience in Operations or a management position in a Flight Kitchen/Flight Catering or 12 years of experience in airline catering operations.
Institutional Sales Manager vacancy
You should be a Graduate from a recognized University/institution. An MBA with a specialization in Marketing will be advantageous.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Flight Catering/Institutional Catering unit or a reputed Global/Indian hospitality chain or a Travel Organization/Airline with a minimum of 3 years in sales. Preference will be given to applicants with good networking with high potential accounts.
Sales Assistant Manager vacancy
You should be a Graduate from a recognized University/institution. Preference will be given to applicants with an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.Experience: At least three years of experience in a reputed global or Indian hospitality chain or a travel organization or Airline with a min. of one year in Sales. Applicants with good networking with high potential accounts in sales & marketing will be preferred.
