Senior Software Engineer

Mathematical /Statistical Modelers

Familiarity and working knowledge to develop statistical models.

Strong experience in higher level programming languages and statistics packages (e.g. Matlab, R etc.)

Strong SQL skills, preferably Oracle.

Programming experience to transform mathematical models to software algorithms using C, C++, Java etc.

Develop, implement, and maintain statistical models that score customer behavior using modeling techniques including regression, clustering, profiles and decision trees.

Data mining techniques to gather business intelligence related to marketing programs as well as customer and prospect profiling.

Work in a consultative manner with design team to understand requirements, analyze information, and report findings in a way that is clear, understandable and auditable.

Create performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of the predictive modeling efforts and marketing actions.
