Member data updates
Renewal data process
Sanity check of member data before processing
Basic processing of member data in excel spreadsheet and presenting it in an uploaded format and system data entry.
Ensuring of inter departmental communications
Superannuation & Gratuity payouts,sending unitstatments,switch,SA & gratuity transactions
Coordinating with post for receipt of stamp duty and ensure contract vendor interaction to meet manpower requirement
Handling customer calls regarding policy queries as highlighted by CSD
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate from any field.
Mini. Experience in above role for 6mths
Preferred Industry: BFSI/ Insurance
Male Candidte and from Western Line are preferable
