West Bengal joint entrance examination (WBJEE) is held on 15th April 2012 in different parts of west Bengal to seek the admission in engineering (b.tech/BE). This examination is held every year in the month of April. Students from west Bengal as well as Bihar, Orissa, Sikkim etc appear in this examination, around 1.5 lakh students were in count. There are 95 colleges including marine and pharmacy. Each year around 90,000 students took admission through this examination board. This examination has 2 parts first is mathematics and other is physics and chemistry. Each question is objective type, each parts contains 80 question 60 question contain 1 marks and 20 question contain 2 marks. Maximum marks are 100 and maximum time for each part is 2 hours.
