The subject Microprocessor and its Interfacing finds its place in the 4th semester of CSE Diploma Engineering Syllabus.
It is a very interesting subject to know the basic concepts behind the microprocessors,which drives the modern computers. It covers Intel 8085 and Intel 8086 microprocessors. Concepts like understanding assembly language programming, mnemonics, controlling step up motor with microcontroller, industry automation, memory mapping, direct memory access or DMA,hexadesimal number systems etc. and many other things are taught in this subject.
